Return Policy

We strive to obtain our customers complete satisfaction and we stand behind the quality of our products and services. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receipt of the order. We are driven to delivering our products in excellent condition and in a timely manner.

 

Shipping Policy

All wine shipments require an adult signature (over 21) at the time of delivery. Shipping & Handling charges are applied at the time of check out. (Please note if you receive an incorrect discount or shipping discount, we reserve the right to correct the total before processing our order.) GSL shipping: GSL will attempt to deliver your shipment three business days in a row, after that GSL will automatically send it back to Windy Ridge Cellars. If you would like your order re-shipped, we reserve the right to charge an additional shipping fee.

Windy Ridge Cellars can ship non-wine products to all 50 United States, but wine shipping laws vary from state to state, check with Windy Ridge Cellars for more information.

 

Privacy Policy

In order to commit to providing our customers with excellent customer service we must work with information that helps us understand what customers want when they visit our site.

When you make a purchase or join the Wine Club your credit card will be processed by Windy Ridge Cellars. We do not share any other information with third parties, except in the case of contact or order information needed to fulfill your order.

We communicate with our registered members on a regular basis via email. For example, we may use your email address to confirm your request, to send you notice of payments, to send you information about changes to our products and services, and to send notices and other disclosures as required by the law. Users can opt-out of all email communications through the unsubscribe instructions which are included in each edition of the emails.

Occasionally we provide links to third party sites that we may think you will enjoy. These sites operate independently of us and have their own terms of use and privacy policy statements which we strongly encourage you to review at any site you visit.

Windy Ridge Cellars will not under any circumstances share or sell your information to anyone. All transaction information completed between customers and our Web store does not retain, share, store, or use your personally identifiable information for any other purposes. We do our best to use services to prevent active threat management, content filtering, virus protection, and comprehensive gateway security to help keep all information safe.
